i am now depending on my happiness through the summer solely on the 7th book of harry potter...because the OOTP was a major and utter disappointment! im a huge fan and i thought the directing was terrible...major details were changed and cut and it just didn't seem like a harry potter movie. so who else can't wait for book 7th? any new/unique theories? any thoughts at all on the book or the movie [as horrible as it was]?

He despises his father and dis-owned his own family to be Fudges secretary. He talks about ambition but theres nothing ambitious about being secretary to me his brother Charlie studies dragons yet he's proud of taking notes all day =( sad sad boy. What do you think?

I'm currently writing a story with characters that seems... too perfect. What can you do to eliminate some of the perfectness? For example, the main character is a brilliant person who is also attractive, innocent, curses a lot, arrgoant, has a lot of secrects, rich, and ownes his own company. What can I do to make him sound... not perfect? How do you devolop the characters and their personality without the story sounding too choppy and all?

I'm a bit of a girly reader, I like books I can relate to that have a woman as the main character.
I'm almost finishing The Devil Wears Prada and have recently read things like Tabloid Love, Cents and Sensibility, A Place Called Here (didnt like it), The ***** Goddess Notebook and Kathleen Tessaro's books - brilliant.

So I'm looking for something either similar to these girly monstrosities, or something that you've LOVED and need to share with me.

I am trying to publish my first science fiction novel. I know all the procedures for publishing a book, but so far it is very frustrating. I keep getting rejected. I know this is a normal part of book publishing, but I want to know if there is a website where I can post part of my book online so other people can read it and give me feedback about it.
