Has anyone read the book and can answer that? I have always loved Hermione's character so if she is killed I don't want to see the movie. Is it true Hermione gets killed in The order of the phoenix?

Being that I'm only on book 3, I'd say the movie, but I'm betting that everyone whose finished six already is impatiently waiting for the book.

Ok Remember when Karkaraff offered Crum some wine, and Crum didn't want any, and then ithis other boy asked if he could have some wine, and Karkaraff said..."NO, I see you dribbled food all over the front of you, YOU DISGUSTING BOY!" Why would he say that?? In front of his Peers there was no reason to be so DAMN RUDE!!!! He could have just told him no... I HATE that f**king bastard. I wish I could track him down and shove bambo shutes up his finger nails, he is just this cruel awful person i have EVER read about, HE IS WORSE THAN VOLDEMORNT HIMSELF!!!!!! damn him to hell!!!!! so do you think what he said to the poor boy was rude or what???

It has always been stressed that you only have so long to grab the reader before they put the book down. While I agree with this statement, I'm looking for opinions of just what we're supposed to tell.

I've heard from "Just grab the reader's attention", to "You have to tell them everything, and at the same time you can't tell them anything." As far as I've understood, the latter means something along the lines of telling them what the story is about, yet don't give away any of the mysteries.

Tips are welcome as well, thank you to all responces!

I recently went to see the play " Romeo and Juliet", but, as much as i liked the story i had trouble understanding it. So i went and got a book that gives the origional text along with a modern translation. It's been 1 and a half days and I am almost finished! I love it, it's a beautiful love story, but as I said it's almost over. If you are familiar with his works, can you recommened another one of his stories for me to read, preferably another on of his plays that is like this one. If you can plese write the one(s) you would recommend and why.

thank you ~ voiceangel17

The illustrator has said that she does everything on purpose, and that everything is supported by the book. Look closely at Harry's forehead. Do you see anything strange about it? I believe that this clearly supports 2 theories--Harry is a Horcrux and Harry will not be killed by the removal of the Horcrux.

Willy Loman from "Death of a Salesman" is one of the most memorable characters from modern literature. Do you see him as a proud man following the American Dream; doing whatever he has to to ensure his family's future? Or do you see him as a sad, pathetic man; a fool with only the delusions of his son's success to keep him alive?
