Could not find one in the books I have by him either. You might write to him at Simon and Schuster, Inc, his publishers.

I'd say start off by contacting the publisher he uses the most. Best bet would prolly be to contact the one he used last for his most recent book. You can also try the studios that produce his movies but I think you'd have to go through a lot of people just to get a letter to him. If you want to exhaust all the route try looking for an official Stephen King fan club. There might even be a site where he keeps a blog just for fans or something.
