Good afternoon,
If you are out of ideas you must have read a lot of books so I'll name my two recent favorites and a third that I've been wanting to read.
These two books really surprised me. They are both written by John Steinbeck and fit together as a set. The tone is a light-hearted love story that unfolds in a sweet and memorable way. The setting is a coastal town in California set in the 40's.
Cannery Row
Sweet Thursday
The last book is an author, William Faulkner, I haven't gotten into yet, but I know that this particular book is a classic. He has a sizable amount of work besides this if you choose to read it and like it.
The Sound and the Fury
Check out these books if you haven't already read them. Have a nice Summer!

For a contemporary author, Air Babylon, by Imnigo Edwards-Jones: It's a hysterical look at the modern airline industry.
For a great classic, The Portrait of a Lady, by Henry James
The ultimate "Innocents Abroad" scenario.
Both are great books I've read in the past month.

The Heart Shaped Box by Joe Hill. Its a ghost story that's kind of scary but real good. I could'nt put the book down. Hill is Stephen King's son.
