We have bought a home and are closing tomorrow. Today, we hear that the seller can't leave the home until they get approved for a loan on another home. We are all packed. Have called utilities, phone, etc. We are ready to move in tomorrow!! What is going on? What can we do?

All I have to say is that is what you get when you put wild animals in a cage and think they will act civil. And what is with people shooting endangered animals to death dont they have tranquilizers at the zoo that they have ready. SERIOUSLY!!

there is this boy i used to like, i think i was not even 12 then and now im 18..

the last time i saw him was before i migrated to new zealand

since we moved to new zealand, i have been having recurrent dreams that I am with this guy..

in the start of my dreams, we are like strangers to each other

then we flirt, then we start to like each other, then we start going out and kissing etc.

i once had a dream, it was probably 2 to 3 months ago, we were playing tennis and went to the changing rooms, and got changed infront of each other, seeing each other naked. the weird thing is i ddnt even know what he looks like now, i mean we were only 12 when we last saw each other.

everytime i dream about him, we look like what we are supposed to look like now..we dont look like what we did 6years ago

do i just miss my childhood or what? i mean its been 6 years

i am in a loving and committed relationship with my boyfriend and bestfriend for almost 2 and a half years now

I was aching, talking about my broken heart with a friend, and he said in the grand scheme of things, love is a very small thing. I need to think about my career, my other responsibilities, and see the big picture. Was he right?

My life seems to be in chaos and my soul needs mending. My entire self needs a re-haul. I am drained with regret and loss - something I gave my all to and still kept losing.

Is this Really a very small thing in the grand scheme of things?
Am I really just supposed to brush it off like it was nothing?

I am looking at buying an AR style rifle and from looking around I see a lot are made for .223 and some are made to handle both .223 and 5.56. I am wondering which is better to get. I understand on one hand I have options, but I would also think that while one can handle both, it still wouldn't be as good as one designed especially for one caliber. My logic tells me to buy the one specializing on 1 caliber and doing it well rather than trying to get one that can do both but does them ok. I am wondering if my logic is right or not, let me know what u think.

All was so quiet Christmas morn
after the robbery Christmas Eve
We spent that night, all in one room
And pondered “why’s” about the thieves

No doll for Linleigh, no games for Matt
Closing my eyes these were my dreams
No bike for Tylar, no pup for Trae
No joys that Christmas always brings

So very quiet when I arose
To see Mercedi sitting here
involved in wrapping ‘round her finger
One strand of tinsel left unaware

Slowly awakening sleepy eyes
Said Merry Christmas to all
With smiles on their faces to my surprise
Without stockings on the wall

Dad made a breakfast, an omelette delight
Then we all got dressed for the day
With no presents to open I wondered
How the children remained calm and gay

Giggling quickly turned into grand laughter
Coming from the family den
Dad and I peeked ‘round the corner to see
Children passing that tinsel again and again

in the month of october i made a choice and moved in with my fiance once he asked me to marry him. problem is that he still lives with his sister and her fiance (there getting married in sept.2008) he told me we get our own place but its been months now and im growing impatient. i really wanna start school and have a family (im always thinking about having a baby) i even wanna get a small dog. over and over we spoke about this but he always says "in given time" now im regretting even moving in or saying yes to his proposal. i tell him im moving back to my parents house and he whines and begs for me to stay (dumb me i do) now i dunno what to do. i feel hes trapping me from moving on with my life. hes a car salesman that works everyday from 7-8 except for wednsdays. so its not like hes there all the time. im currently looking for a job because i moved here and left everything behind just for him...now i feel it wasnt worth it...
any advice is good please give me something to learn from.

That way they can take away our time to rest and keep us overworked to perpetuate our slavery. Look at how places do not give Christmas off and if you do take Christmas off you are penalized for it. What are your thoughts on this?

It's in the Columbus, OH area. Real estate prices aren't exactly sky rocketing. But, what types of benefits do I get if I buy a rental home and make about $20 profit off of it? If I did this with even 100 houses that is only $2,000 profit a month...excluding any maintenance or repairs. How does one make money in real estate with margins like that?

..... I really enjoy sorting through other peoples paper recyclables around this time of year .... looking for sturdy building or repair materials for my double upright Kenmore fridge box home. The boxes with the plastic make for nice replacement windows and shirt boxes are the perfect size for roofing tiles.

The over valued home loans deserve major prison sentences IMO. One guy made 4.5 billion is serving 4 yrs. and pays back 2B. He'll still be a billionaire after prison.
Should the buyers have been more astute about the loans?
If you can afford to buy these foreclosed properties for a song is it ethically wrong? Someone is going to buy them.

My mother in law has helped me emotionally for 10 years, She was a wonderful kind, loving soul. Now she is bitter mean nasty, hateful and she thinks I am poisioning her food, sleeping with her husband and stealing her money (she hasn't got any...). My father in law still works as a truck driver due to the fact that before her illness (CAA, Cerebreal Amyloid Angiopathy) she ran up 150,000 in credit card debt and morgaged their house. My sister in law is a paraplegic with mental retardation....There are no family members willing to help and I thought I could help out, but it has become so demanding that I do not know who to turn to. An assisted living facility is out, no onewill discuss it. My husband can't see that the problem is as serious as it is (he remained at our home as I was able to leave my job and he isn't able to realistically). Please tell me where to find a support group, I am losing sleep, weight and my mind.....
