We are currently separated, and I live in the house that we bought together. Both of our names are on the deed and the loan. Can I make him pay half of the mortgage payment while I am living in the house since, legally, the house is still half his? The house is on the market, and I can't afford to keep up the payments and the upkeep by myself.

Invited to a black tie wedding. The shirt has normal buttons on it along with slots for cufflinks and studs. Can I just use the normal buttons or do I need to use cufflinks and studs.

Well my story is about 5 years long but I'll try to make it as short as possible. My baby daddy and I have 2 kids that he is claiming. He says that my daughter with Downs isn't his. Reason is that after much verbal, physical, and emotional abuse from him, he ended up sleeping with my friend. I did the same **** (stupid), and ended up pregnant. Anyways, there is a chance that my daughter is his. My friend also got pregnant from my baby daddy. Anyways, we supposedly broke up 3 years ago because of that, however I was still there for him for everything. I mean everything to the point that if it was my last dollar he could have it, I took care of his 3 kids from another mother, gave him everything, even his last son. Now I find out he has been ******* every girl that I know and still talking to the ***** that was my friend. I've endured alot such as insults, having guns pulled on me, embarassment in front of other women, etc. I'm just depressed that I wasn't enough, help please!

Im currently 39.5 weeks and due on the 4th. In my pregnancy class we learned that you can possibly make yourself go into labor by doing the 4 hots:

1. Sex
2. Hot Walk
3. Hot Shower
4. Hot Food (Spicey)

Have you heard of this working for any woman? My husband and I are thinking about giving them a shot on New Years Eve so we can try and have a New Years Baby.

I'm a swimmer. I swim 4x a week(unless its a holiday or i'm sick) for 2hrs a day. i also walk to the pool and back(about a mile round trip).

Like most of the girls on my team, i'm slight. UNLIKE most of them, i'm also very tall for a 14-and-under. I'm about 5'7-5'8 and maybe 140lb(give or take).

I don't stop going unless i'm really sick or hurt...so i'll show up when i've got an annoying cold or if my arm hurts a little.

I am NOT anarexoic! I do have trouble eating more than a small meal in a sitting, so i generally eat 4-5x a day to compensate for that.

Am i paticulary at risk for getting sick? I've read of something that can happen to female athleats that makes u really sick....

In previous years, we have went overboard with gifts for my son but he sometimes got so much it overwhelmed him...this year we got him a drum kit but only a few other smaller gifts like dvds and cds. i also told family members not to buy toys and to get him clothes or books cause to be honest they just arent appreciated. hes had the best xmas ever and has played with his drums constantly....why do parents keep buying their kids mountains of toys when the kids dont appreciate them?surely we are spoiling their characters by teaching them they can have anything they want?

Guard, I really thought the late p.m. showed promise and hope for democracy in Pakistan. My wedding is June 14 and my Fiance and I are having a sit-down buffet for the reception. The question is about alcohol. Most of my Fiance's family "does not drink" (at least if people are around). The only people who actually do not drink are his father (a baptist minister), his mother, his sister, his grandfather (a baptist minister) and grandmother and his other grandparents. Everyone else (including his brother and sister-in-law) drinks in private. (But SHHHH!! No one knows!). On my side of the family my brother and his wife (guess what he is, yes a baptist minister) and 1 of my 2 sisters are the only ones who do not drink. Of our guests, about 1/2 the list or so do not drink.

My Fiance wanted an alcohol free wedding; I wanted alcohol at our wedding. Someone suggested a "Bring Your Own" approach to the alcohol problem; is this a great solution or a tacky one?

by saying high IQ people, i m referring to those genius whose IQ are 140 and above.

there are 2 genuis in my class, one is 147 and another one is 168. It seems like they live in their own world, one of them like to talk to imaginative stuff, and another one looks like a loner and has extraordianary bad temper.

there's another genius from the next class who acts really abnormally. He would not listen to anybody, nor care about what's happening around him. He once played with a sponge in the art room, squeezing water, absorbing water, squeezing water, absorbng water (and this goes on) without noticing his uniform was soaked in water. Everyone got mad over him for wetting their bags and stuffs but he didnt response. It seems like he is totally emotionally unavailable.

They were in a special class in the past years, until this year that the school system had changed and they are allowed to study with us, the 'commoner'
