What you describe , may well be a hemorrhoid. Preparation H is available OTC By increasing the fiber in your diet, to 30%. Include the 5 servings of veggies 5 servings of fruit, and changing your Cereal to 100% Bran. Or Fiber 1 Cereal, you should be getting better within a few days. Fiber is a very important aspect of the Dietary change, avoiding white flour and only using whole grains, will help you avoid any more difficulties. If this does not solve you problem, then see the Doctor for a diagnosis ASAP and a Happy New Year

this lump is an "anal fissure".i have had this a few years back . it is not exactly a hemorrhoid . but it could be called a "sentinel pile",,,,
it happens coz of a bad diet tht causes constipation...... u must start eating a lot of fruits and vegetables and salads and start having some fresh juices. thats th only real cure . eating a high-fiber diet, using stool softener, taking pain killer and having a sitz bath can help.
thats what any doctor will tell u . i have been thru all this .
be strict about ur diet and it will all be allright.u could see a doctor anyway but this is what it is .
