In the Hawaiian alphabet there is no T, as most hotels there have Hawaiian names there isn't one that begins with T, except for ones like The Royal Hawaiian, The Kahala Hotel & Resort, etc.. There is the Waikiki Beach Tower if that is a possibility.
The Turtle Bay Resort while it often comes up when looking in Honolulu, isn't actually there, but up on the North Shore.

The only hotel in Hawaii with the first letter t is Turtle Bay Resort. However, Turtle Bay is located more towards the North Shore which is basically the opposite side of the island as Waikiki.
There are, however, a number of hotels that are called "The" something (such as The W Hotel).
Good luck!

Turtle Bay is on the North Shore, not in Waikiki.
Unless you're counting hotels that have 'The' in the name or use the word 'Tower' somewhere in the name, I can't think of a single one that starts with T. The Hawaiian alphabet does not contain a T and many of the hotels here are given Hawaiian names (e.g., Ala Moana, Halekulani, etc.).
