I'm a 14 year old guy who thinks male cheerleading would be cool. it would be fun to hang out with the cheerleaders and plus you get to pump up the crowd. what do you think about cheerleading?

I have had several boys on my team. My brother also cheered back in the early 90s. The stigma against male cheerleaders hasn't changed much since then. _However_, if you love doing it then do it. Don't let what others think keep you from doing what you love or you will have a lifetime full of regrets.

don't let people who know close to nothing about cheerleading put you down. there are plenty of male cheerleaders out there and the numbers are growing. if you're interested in it, go for it! it works your strength, endurance, you're more likely for a scholarship and you'll make a whole team of new friends.

Other than getting to pick up the girl cheerleaders I don't see the reason to do it.

well, if you are a guy who is into cheerleading and you plan to go to college you can be able to get a scholarship

i think its cool. most male cheerleaders are alot stronger than football players and such cause they lift PEOPLE. and thats alot. lol. but, i think you should try it out... its not about what other people think. its about what you like and what you want to do

look, if you want to do male cheerleading then go for it. if anyone says anything about it then just ignore it or wutever.it doesn't matter what everyone else thinks. so if you want to do it then go ahead and do it. screw what everyone else thinks.

I don't know about cool.Although it may be fun to hang out with the girls, the larger perception might be that you don't prefer girls.Think about that.

some people might laugh at you and say "thats a girls sport" and you should say "yeah we'll see whos laughing cause i get to hang out with ALL the girls" LOL

Yes what ever turns you on..they have them in college and its ok..been there for years.
