At the last appointment she was dilated a half centimeter and that was two weeks ago. She is having contraction but we think they are Braxton Hicks. She lost the mucous plug as well. She is having pain in her lower tummy and lower back.

My X just bought a house and moved in less than 100 yards away. My restraining order states he can not come within 100 yards from me. Will the District Attorny measure property line to property line? Or front door to front door? Property line to property line is around 88 yards, front door to front door is around 118 yards. I just wonder what the parameters are when measuring. It blows me away that he would even consider moving into my neighborhood, and putting me in such an awkward position.

I am a first-timer and i have a 28L (around 6-7 gallon) tank. I dont understand all the amonia and nitrite stuff i find on the internet... i only know how to test the PH. my local aquarium guy has taught me so much but never told me anything about the sciency stuff. he just told me to turn on the filter and air pump for at least 4 days (its a pretty smalll tank). but now the water is all cloudy and murky(excuse spelling!!) and the PH shot right up to alkaline is there something i am doing wrong? how can i make it better?

I am a member of a State Employee Credit Union. They offer a first time home buyer loan that is a 2 year ARM. It's a 100% loan with no origination fee and no PMI. It can reset up to 1% every 2 years. I am looking at a townhouse that is about $130K. I plan to stay in it between 4-8 years. Does this sound like a good loan? How hard would it be to refinance after 4 years?
