I have a dell inspiron and I don't have any files on my computer yet; all I did was create a password and now I can't sign onto the computer. I remember the exact password but it won't let me sing in. Is there a way you can reset your password with out being signed in? Is there a way to make a new account with out being signed in?
Please help!

ensured that before ANYONE could own a dog they had to undergo a basic education course that taught them about proper vet care, feeding, exercise, etc. for their dogs? Does anyone else get really depressed when reading some of the questions asked on YA? And also laws that made ANYONE who wants to breed their dog obtain a license. I know in CA they were working on something like that. But really. We need better laws to help shut down these back yard breeders and puppy mills!

i'm going to go cut my hair today.
i'm in 8th grade, and i'm asian.
i have very thin, curly hair. they are ring curls.
my hair is kinda longish, and has long side bangs.
oh, i dont have a lot of hair either.

so, i don't know how i should cut my hair... i am thinking of getting more layers, or maybe thinned but i'm not sure. can you give me some websites or ideas??

I ask because I recently visited the local mall and a few days earlier, they had a fire in which a giant Christmas tree and plastic decorations burned. The mall was back open, but a whole section was cordoned off, many stores suffered water damage, which left carpets smelling sour, and the odor from the fire was still apparent. The next day after I was there, I developed a sore throat, then a headache and fever. I have tried everything to get rid of the sore throat; gargling, lozenges, tea with lemon and honey. It's been a whole week and it is better but now my eyes are very red with mucous and I am coughing and very hoarse. I went to the doctor, but he didn't think the exposure had anything to do with it; he just prescribed antiobiotics for the throat and eye drops. Your opinions, or professional diagnosis, is greatly appreciated.

i had a bit of hair above my upper lip(moustache) and ive recently waxed it off using jolen facial waxing strips, im worried that it is going to grow back black and thick like stubble, i just wanted all the hair to be gone, but now ive realised its going to look even worse when it grows back! what shall i do!?any suggestions.

i think larry merchant hates black people. He is never happy when judah or mayweather win. Even when they pull off a great win. He was on Cottos side when judah was fighting him. before the mayweather-de la hoya fight he said "If i was a gambler i would put my money on Mayweather, but I would not be mad if I lost my money." I'm 18 and do exercise quite regularly, though I want to maintain physical fitness particularly in the aerobic sector - i go running for a couple of miles or so every morning - but I'm guilty of smoking a few times a week no more than 5 - 10 a week, but will this have a big impact on my health?
