and a lot of people said emanuel stewart is always for the black guy....i dont think merchant is not a racist but he is biased and not such a bad thing most of the time.... he usually has the different opinion of the bunch or challenges the ideas of the other commentators....now he is too drawn out with this thoughts but it happens...and as i said before if you think Merchant was bad wait till you see his replacement MK

If Larry Merchant doesn't like Zab Judah or Floyd Mayweather, I don't think it's because of their race--I think it's because of their personalities. I know that that's the reason why I don't like them either, and I'm pretty sure that I'm not a racist.
Floyd Mayweather is an ***, and Judah is an even bigger ***...I've heard Merchant say great things about black fighters like Evander, Roy Jones, even Mike Tyson, before we went nuts. Merchant may be a bit kooky...boxing's version of Yoda...but a racist man he is not.

Yah, just because you call him racist, doesn't mean he is, it means he doesn't like Judah or Mayweather's attitude. While Money Mayweather is all talk, Judah is a true-to-the-bone jerk. Took a swipe at a referee when Tszyu made him do the chicken dance, and caused a melee when he fought Mayweather.
And something you need to think about is how all the false cries of racism hurts the true cries of racism. You are false crying, dude. Knock it off, because falsely accusing someone of that is just about as sick as it gets...I'm sure you wouldn't tolerate someone saying you were a pedophile because you smiled at a youngster. When you go about trying to put these sick lables on someone, you better be 100% certain you're right. Someone tried to call me prejudiced, and I took care of him very quickly.

It's ok since he's just doing it to boost ticket sales and/or ratings. Isn't that the argument?
