I have a Kodak Easyshare, and I love it. It comes with software that allows you to upload photos onto the computer, edit and email them. It also takes video with sound, and the pictures come out really good. I would definitely suggest a Kodak Easyshare.

I know its a little more than 200, but my new sony H3 is a kicka@@ camera. Takes amazing HD pictures and videos. It has a 10x zoom lense. I absolutely love this camera. It is $299 right now and will probably go on sale after xmas.
