i had a bit of hair above my upper lip(moustache) and ive recently waxed it off using jolen facial waxing strips, im worried that it is going to grow back black and thick like stubble, i just wanted all the hair to be gone, but now ive realised its going to look even worse when it grows back! what shall i do!?any suggestions.

Good i'm sorry to assert your mom is sort of flawed. Shaving will make it darker and thicker. Waxing simply makes it show less. Sure I believe you will have to whether it is something that bothers you frequently. And no one likes the woman with the moustache :P So in the event you do choose to wax , you should wax probably each 2 weeks or three weeks.

unless you do laser removal, it's going to grow back; you will just have to keep removing it, just like the hair on any other part of your body. no, it won't grow back horrible or that much worse than before, but it will grow back!

normally when you wax the hair that grows back should be finner and let noticeable

and when it does comeback, you can either wax it again, use a
dilapatory, or bleach it...

If you wax, it shouldn't grow back thick and black.

it wont grow back thick or black.
just waxed it every other two weeks,
or every other week, depending
on how fast it grows.!

keep waxing it and plucking (i dont have any hair above my lip so i really dont know what 2 do)

Get it laser removed. You won't have to worry about it anymore.

laser hair removal, although it may be expensive(dont know)
