OMG I'm freaking out! I accidentally dragged my iphoto out and when it touched the desktop it disappeared and now I dont know how to recover it!(my hand slipped) Is it gone forever?! What should I do?! Damn it would suck because if I cant get it back I wont be able to take any more pictures with it and my friend will get angry at me when she finds out. :(

Appx. 8", adult. Just did a complete tank cleaning.
It's not eating like it should (Pellets). Stools are normal size and consistancy, color. Kept in 60 gal.
aquarium with submers. filter. Using a full spectrum light over basking area. Could it be an infection or am I keeping the water too cool? It's still active and quick, not lethargic. Please help!

I'm not a discriminate person, but really, why do Christians want to make everyone else part of their religion?! It's kind of irritating sometimes. It's not that hard to not worry about what everyone else is doing. If some Christians would just learn to love, maybe they'd end up in heaven, like they want to. And I'm NOT Athiest. Don't assume so just because I want to say something on the ongoing discriminative subject. It's just irritating how some people have the NERVE to say some of the things they do. Every other religion does a better job in loving everyone else than the many Christians in the world. Could WE just go to heaven? We follow the rules better than the Christians do! I don't want to hear rude responses. If you have an INTELLIGENT answer, then go ahead, but if it's discriminatory then I don't want to hear it. I know that this question WASN'T what you would call NOT discriminate, but really? Can't I just say SOMETHING?

I am a mature law student. I am been increasingly annoyed by the fact one of our lecturers keeping swearing during lectures the F word is frequently used and T***t plus others. Do you think this acceptable from someone at this academic level, does it give the younger students an excuse to do the same thing? The law department expects their students to write academically with correct grammer etc. What would say if I used swearing in my essays. Do you think I should pull him up on it, or will I make him mark my grades down. I just cringe when I hear it.
