We would like to have nice dinner buffet.
We already had at Circus Circus, Sahara, and Planet Hollywood, (Spice Market Buffet at Planet Hollywood is the best so far) and we want to try different buffet tonight.
Where should we go??.

I recommend: Bellagio, Paris and Rio in that order. You can't go wrong at any of those for a special...splurge type buffet.

If the above are a budget problem for you, Harrahs or Ballys are very decent based on your previous experiences.

An up to date list of all the buffets in LV with a rating for each
http://www.lasvegasadvisor.com/eat.cfm

Best dinner buffets - Money no option
Paris
Green Valley Ranch
Planet Hollywood
Mirage

Best value buffet
Main Street Station
Orleans
Green Valley Ranch

The "Rio Carnival World Buffet" is NOT what it once was, 10-15 years ago it was the best in LV hands down, not anymore. There are way too many old LV travel shows still in re-run lol . At best it's in the middle of the pack, and I don't think it's that good. >Read the reviews - It still has a fairly high rating, but that's the cumulative effect from years of reviews, read the most recent ones.

We go to LV 2-3 times a year for 2 weeks or more at a time and have for over 20 years. Only 54 nights this year :))
We eat a lot of buffets and those are some of the best, but, it also depends on what you like, certain buffets do certain dishes better than others, it's a matter of taste as to which is the "best".

The best buffet in the world is at the Bellagio. Go for an early dinner and just relax as you enjoy.

Try the buffet at Mandalay Bay. I think that it's the best in Vegas. MGM Grand, Luxor and the Wynn also have good buffets.

The answer hands down is the Bellagio. Its right behind the indoor water show where there is an eagle and a replica of the liberty bell. Its great!
