1) It's healthy - has the least fat among all the other parts
2) "versatility" - can be used in making burger patties, shreded for yummy sandwiches, for soups, salads, can be baked, fried, broiled without worrying about the bones
At the end of the day, what matters is you choosing the right part for the right dish whether it's breast, thigh or even the feet. Chicken rocks! =p

I like them chicken asses, they odn't dell them too much anymore but there sum tasty chickens me and my husband jim-bob whos my second cousin on my momma's side eat them tasties all the time!
