I started wearing glasses at age 7...49 years ago....remember the girls with the turned up pointy frames????? hahahahahahaha. I look at those old photos and laugh!!!!!

Ha ha...you're bringing up some baaaad memories for me!LOL!
I had the huge, garganuan big round owl plastic frames and coke bottle lenses...usually in a brown or tortoiseshell color!
I started wearing them in second grade. I loved the idea until I got to school when the kids then made fun of me! I started wearing contacts at 14 and still do.
UGH!

I only started wearing glasses 25 years ago, but I have worn some crazy frames. The ones I wear now are perfect, but some people don't like them. I say that person is nuts! I love my glasses. :D

I've been wearing glasses for 40 years. I went to school with a girl who wore the cat-eye glasses with rhinestones on the frames. Cool!

Just a little before my time but I always thought those women looked so sophisticated.....with them mini skirts and go go boots. I loved it! A few years back they kinda came back and I tried to get some, but didn't fit my face too good. I only started wearing glasses like 5 years ago.

I wear a pair of glasses with a very slim frame over the top, but I want some thick black ones...Not sure about the cats eyes ones now though...

I have wire frame glasses. I need a new pair because the lense fell out of this one and I Crazy Glued it back in. Probably gonna get contacts. I like my eyes and want to be able to see them when I look in the mirror..

I had 20/20 vision up until a few years ago. I wanted glasses badly when I was a kid, and now that I have to wear them, I hate them. I only wear them at home.

those are cool. I've been wearing glasses for 4 years and the 2 pairs i have bought during this time are chanel. I just love their styles.

I just started wearing reading glasses part of the time. most of the time I can see just fine. It is still hard for me to except the fact that I can't see sometimes and I am in my 40's.
