what would make you kick people out of your wedding??

I just nought it yesterday and went for a drive to test it out. Well I passed by about 6 cops at least 10 feet away and it never went off. What do the cops have ti do for it to go off? And I wouldnt say it doesnt work completely. I went by a automatic door at a store and it went krazy on K alert. Whats wrong with it? I tried in highway and city mode both.

I got a new laptop yesterday that runs on Windows Vista. I was very hesitant at first with Vista because I've heard so many negative things, but I wanted to give it a chance anyway. I spent 5 hours last night trying to get everything transfered over and wanted to pull my hair out. Windows Vista is the most confusing thing in the world to me because I've been a strict Windows XP girl for the past however many years.

Is there a way that I can delete Windows Vista from my laptop and go back to Windows XP? I believe that I have a Windows XP setup disc from my old computer. Can I pop that into my laptop and go from there or will that mess up the whole thing even more?

My neighbors down the street have had their lights up since 2003, but when exactly should i put up my Christmas tree?

I have never had anyone really close to me die before but now one of my best friends is dying of cancer. He has maybe a week left to live. I am too scared to go to his funeral. I'm freaking out!

I've cleared a good portion of my backyard that was previously all scrub brush; vines, prickers, small tree shrubs, etc. Really dense small growth stuff. Now, I have small bundles of sappling stumps everywhere from where I pruned them to the ground. Previous experience tells me they are just going to grow back if I don't completely eradicate them. There are far too many to dig out by hand. Any suggestions?

Do you think when couples get married they own each other? My husband and I were talking about this last night. He says no. He doesn't own me, I'm free to do whatever I want. I agree to a certain extent. But free to do whatever I want? Like go out with the girls nightly? I doubt he'd like that. What do you think?

I have a friend that started a job and was promised a pay of $2200 a month. She will be selling vaccum cleaners. The vaccum is a Kirby and sells for a whopping $3000. Considering her pay and the cost of the vaccum I began to be concerned so I checked out the Better Buisness Bureau. The complaint read as follows:
The BBB processed a total of 3 complaints about this company in the last 36 months, our standard reporting period. Of the total 3 complaints in the last 36 months, 1 of those was closed in the past 12 months.
Complaints Concerned
Sales Practice Issues: 3
Outcome of all complaints -
Resolved: 1; Administratively Closed: 1; No Response: 1
I suppose these complaints don't mean much considering there weren't that many and they've been in buisness since 1999. I'm mainly worried because my friend is dealing with CPS and trying to get financially stable to get her child back. Maybe I'm worrying too much. Is there any other investigating I could do?

What would you quantify as evidence of a personal Creator (not deistic philosophy)

Would it be, a world without suffering?
Would this creator have to reveal himself to you, on your terms even if he didn't reveal himself to the rest of the world or is personal "revelation" sufficient.? [Revelation meaning that you were divinely shown proof, perhaps a being appeared to you professing God's love as many have claimed]

If you find offense in this question, there was none intended at all, I'm merely interested in hearing diverse responses as to what the "evidence" should/would be.....

My friend is an immigrant, she has been married for 2 years to a US citizen. Her temporary green card will expire in 2009 February. They getting a divorce probably the next couple weeks.. :(

Does being pregnant lower your chances of getting a job? I've been busting *** trying to get a job lately...well for a while now and nobody will hire me. I mean I'm not ugly, I'm cute, and I'm REALLY friendly, but as soon as they notice I'm pregnant it's like they instantly change their minds.
