Put the equation in the form:
y^(10)dy = [(1 + x)/x]dx.
Integrating, we get [y^(11)]/11 = -1/x^2 + x + C. The initial condition tells us that C = [5^(11)]/11, so
y^(11) = 11*[-1/x^2 + x + 5^(11)/11].

So separate and integrate, use initial condition and find y^11 = 11 ln x + x + 5^11 - 11...what was YOUR problem????
