I feel silly asking this... Well i got a card "At Schoolies week No means no" and.. well, I suppose: is this rape?
It was my first time.. and well we were just messing around on the couch then he pushes aside my underwear and penetrates me it hurt a lot, probably due to the fact I wasn't wet; well it did hurt so I told him to stop then I tried pushing his hips down so he'd get out of me, he kept going and I kept repeating stop. Part of me says it is rape but another part of me is saying that I'm overreacting because I didn't express any panic so it isn't really rape. I'm not a stupid person, honestly, I just don't want to be one of those teeny boppers who says rape when the guy didn't even touch them..
So is it rape? I mean I didn't show any real panic, it wasn't an absolutely scary event and we had already started sort of thing..

I have my own reasons for opposing the Iraq occupation. What this guy says resonates with me, but I do not really have the background to confirm or challenge his assertions.

... who had worked on me that day was standing there at the front desk. I did not have much money since I was a single mom, unemployed, full-time student. My plan was to hand them the gift certificate, say thank you and leave. However, the receptionist caught me off guard when she took the certificate and said. "Okay, thank you. It's time that people say enough is enough. About 2 years ago in Kentucky people boycotted Walmart when they tried to shove that Happy Holiday stuff down their throats. As a result that Walmart gave in & included Merry Christmas in their promotions. Other people from different states have done the same crusade with some sucess. I for one will not shop any store that has that politically correct crap. If people took a stand against this something will be done but until people stop sitting down twiddling their thumbs & just accept everything being done to them nothing will ever change. MERRY CHRISTMAS NOT HAPPY HOLIDAYS.

My husband & I separated last week. We have been have problems lately & it escalated into my husband moving out. It's not the first time we've been separated during our 13 yrs marriage. Previous times he refused to give me any financial support for our 3 kids until a court garnished his wages. He texts that he misses me(hasn't said he loves me). I dont know if i should give it some time, or I should just go file for child support so my children don't have to suffer. What is your opinion?

We married, we divorced, she had a lesbian affair, we married had three kids, now it seems she wants women in her life again. Is it time to take the kids and move on? I don't believe at this point she will act on her feelings, but she is clearly not interested in me in a sexual way, which of course, makes me uninterested in sex...with her. I think at this point we are reduced to friends, and maybe for the sake of happiness and peacefulness and the stability of a our children, we should perhaps move on. I fear we will start resenting each other, especially since I already feel a bit of resentment. I'm getting very tired so to speak. I do love her, but this is wearing on me, and she pretty much says, you know who I am...deal with it...I'm not dealing well.

My daughter has a baskketball back stop that has a piece of polycarbonate glued to a steel frame. the polycarbonate was broken when the glue holding it to the frane came loose and the wind broke it.
