The parents were not married, the mother is Canadian and gave birth in Canada, the Father is a natural born US citizen. Does the child have duel citizenship? Does anyone know a great lawyer for Fathers Rights?

Wow, if they were married, I'd be certain the baby is a US citizen as well, since they weren't I'm only almost positive that he is.

I could have sworn that if an American couple were traveling abroad, and the woman gave birth, her child is still an American, even if not born on American soil. I just don't know how it applies to a Canadian carrying an American baby. Am pretty sure the baby is an American as well as a Canadian.

Start calling lawyers.
