Make his favorite meal for dinner tonight, light candles, have some cocktails, soft music. Have a nice quiet night watching his favorite movie, even if you don't like it. Make him a birthday card on the computer, it may mean even more since you made it yourself.

Do you have the ingredients to make a cake or pie? Cook his favorite meal and dress up for him. Wear something sexy to bed. If you have a printer make your own Birthday card and tell him how you feel about him. Look for free programs online or just piece one together yourself.
