A neighbor of mine continuously allows his dog to poop in front of my condo (without picking it up). My condo is up for sale, and I constantly have to stay on top of this. About 30 days ago, I actually witnessed him not picking up so I approached him (face to face). He went ballistic and had the audacity to say that I was mistaken (even with dog poop evident on the ground). I told him I had pictures of him so this outraged him. We had a verbal exchange, but this is where it ended. He proceeded to call the police, and he claimed I hit him. I have a witness (thank God) to say this did not happen, but he is cliaming thta "She" is being wreckless and lying. Anyway, the cops dropped it b/c it's stupid, but he has taken it a step farther by taking it to the magistrate court of my county for a warrant for my arrest. The hearing is Fri 11/16. I am confident in my story, but I am 4 months pregnant and stressed out & high risk. The man is not telling the truth; do I have any recourse?

Should be any difference against terrorism.. I believe NOT...

We have a burning pain. We are losing our sons to terrorism every day and we want the state do something against terrorism in a manner that demonstrates the might of our state and the determination of our nation not to surrender to any threat. It hurts us to see our key ally the United States question our moves against terrorism in a blatantly hypocritical manner while it continues a global war against terrorism and receives our earnest contributions to its success. We are hurt as well to see that somehow the global war against terrorism is only confined to a perceived threat by the U.S. and when it comes to our own security, we receive nothing but advised restraint, dialogue and so on.

What about other countries ?

ok so my family fights alot and my sister moved out of the house at 17 to live with this very hard core christian family everything was fine for the first couple of months until little by little she started kicking us out of her life.now almost 2 years later my other sister has recently had a baby and the sister who movedout wasn't there the day he was born or for the baby shower. she called my best friend's cell and left a message asking to talk to her and then th next day she called my friend a liar when the message is still on my freinds phone. we had a terrible fire this week in sandiego and she didn't even bother to call us to see if we were ok or offer a place to stay. we had to stay with my friend and her family for almost a week. we would call her but she wont give us her phone number. i finally confronted her about it and i addmit it was a little rude the way i did it but ive tried being nice about the whole situation.

i need to know am i in the wrong about the situation?

Me and my husband of 23 yrs are getting a divorce. He has been having an affair for over 6 months and chose her we have 2 girls 19,21 and i told them what happened. Now he says i polluted the kids they will not talk to him. I have tried to make this happen but the big issue is he demands respect for being there father and has never said sorry for the affair ,just that its his life and business not ours. I say trust and respect have to be earned and he has lost both with the girls pretty much told them he doesn't care if he never sees them again. This is not the man i married for sure.Should i just leave it alone?

For the following problem we are asked to find an equation for the conic that satisfies the given conditions:

Hyperbola, foci (2,2) and (6,2), asymptotes y = x – 2 and y = 6 – x

I know that the center is (4,2), the halfway point between the two foci, and thus that c = 2. However, I am not sure how to use the given asymptotes to find a and b to get the equation. Please explain how to do this part of the problem step-by-step.

hi there. Thanks for reading. My husband is being deployed for the first time. I am so scared for his life. He is in the AF by the way. Due to OPSEC i cant say where and when but its going to be for a while that he will be gone. a few months. It scares me. I hope this is normal to worry for his life. He seems so calm about it. I however am not. I have so many bad thoughts running through my head. I try not to dwell but if you personally have not been through then you don't and wont understand. I worry he would leave me or be hurt or killed and it scares me so much. I just want him to hurry leave do what he has to do and get back safely. We are based in germany by the way. AGH im just so scared. any military wives have any insight advice anything? i suffer from SEVERE depression and social anxity so its going to be so hard for me to get a job while hes a way. I wish i could explain but its hard. anyways thanks in adveance for helping me it's truly appreciated
