I am constantly dreaming about missing the bus or not being able to open my school locker or being late to class. None of those things ever happened to me back when I was in school over 30 years ago. What does this type of dream mean?

*** usually would indicate a fear of missing something in life... Whatever the "bus" represents to you, it is symbolic of one's ability to motivate... to go about something..... to be in the process of doing something.... a fear, the dream says of not being able to make it happen........))
or not being able to open my school locker

Since this dream is about 30 years. Those things that didn't happen may indicate and reflect something you are losing control in life.
Missing bus or Unable to open locker = lack of control, helpless
school = learning, beginning
Yes, it may not have happened, but subconsciously you probably think that it would have happened because school is a place to start everything in the beginning. Maybe there is something you feel helpless about at the moment. Subconsciously you traced back to school, because you subconscious mind is telling you that you regret about something and that is why you made up something in school to symbolize how you feel now

I, too haven't been in school for 30 plus years (except college). That's one of my recurring dreams, too. Late for class, can't find my classes, can't remember my locker combination, etc. The only meaning I could come up with was that maybe my life is out of control and unorganized. That's pretty much what I get out of it when I have that dream.

I think it has something to do with your present opportunities and responsibilities in life.
Also it's very important how you feel during these dreams: frightened, desperate, relieved?
Because depending on this, the meaning of the dream can change. If you feel unconfortable, it may be that you're afraid that you're losing the moment, you're passing up opportunities, that you're left aside in things that are important to you.
On the contrary, if a relief feeling is experienced during the dream, you might wanna consider giving up some of the things you're involved in and that you don't really feel ok with.

why are you back in school after 30 years? dont worry you are just a little nervous and you will get over it.....nobodys gonaa hold a gun to your head if you run late once anyway...

my teacher said that your dream or our dream has a message... i dont really know the meaning but my teacher said when you dream of something bad we intend to ignore it but actually it means good, example you were dreaming that you will ganno die, and there are ambulance waiting for you, my teacher said it actually means good health...
And some dreams are good and people want it came true, if people really wants his dream to come true then it will become opposite....
