An IQ of 124 means you are a high achiever, but just below the qualifications to be considered 'gifted'.
Average IQ is 100
+/- 15 standard deviation points is in the normal range so anyone from 85-115 is average. High average is 100-115 and low average is 85-110.
From 115-130 is high achiever
From 130-145 is gifted
From 145-160 is highly gifted
From 160-175 is exceptionally gifted
175+ is considered severe & profoundly gifted
However, these are mere guidelines and unless you were given a formal assessment to determine cognitive ability or achievement, perhaps an IQ test. Nothing on-line should be taken seriously. Use it for fun!

If it was an age appropriate test (one designed for your age group) then that's a good score. You must be very bright. If that was an adult test, then it would put you into the genius category.

since the score was obtained on tickle- it is neither good nor bad, just invalid

hey dude!!! im 12 and my iq is 124 too!!!. its certainly not bad.
