If there wasn't a chance at all that the spaceship would blow up or anything and everyone would get back to earth in one piece, definately the mission to the moon. If that didn't happen, probably sky diving. Although I have no guts to do either =)

No bungee jumping, can't afford to lose that much of my life
sky diving, ouch, my dad did that and now he has no teeth, when he hit a tree
mission to the moon, I'm scared of heights and inclosed spaces and I like to breathe air, not oxygen masks.
I would be lighter on the moon though?

Mission to the moon definitely. I've already been skydiving, so I don't think bungee jumping would do it for me.
