I love power over others. Traffic lights at road works I love being first in the line waiting to see the go light, thinking Ha ha if i don`t move no one can get past. Evil or what or are you the same?

So my wedding is tomorrow and yesterday my fiance and I had a long talk about whether it was the right thing to do or not. We had this talk about 4 months ago and decided we still wanted to get married. She told me she doesn't feel like she's completely in love with me anymore. We've been together for 4 years and just recently bought a house together. Our relationship has puttered out since we got engaged though. Things seem awkward sometimes and everyday communication feels like were forcing it. I feel like I'm trying so hard everyday to make her love me like she used to though which might be making it worse.

I think we let things like the wedding and house get in the way of showing each other how much we love each other over the last 2 years. Im worried she doesn't love me as much as I love her anymore though.

I think cold feet could be some of it but how can I be sure we're doing the right thing.

My son called me last night. We talked for an long time. Ordinarily, he doesn't have much time to talk to me anymore. He called two weeks ago and left a message. I tried to return his call, but after a week I gave up. He told me that he had been in Rome for a week, for training. He is a teacher and has taken to setting up trips to other countries with the kids.

He is pretty busy these days. I revised a verse from the song by Harry Chapin, "Cat's In The Cradle"
I'm still working and my son's moved away.
I called him up just the other day.
I said, "I'd like to see you if you don't mind."
He said, "I'd love to, mom, if I could find the time.
You see, my new job's a hassle, and the kid's got the flu,
But it's sure nice talking to you, mom.
It's been sure nice talking to you."
And as I hung up the phone, it occurred to me,
He'd grown up unlike me.
My boy was not like me.

I am finding the whole political debate pretty funny. I also am wondering if some obscure Bulgarian scientist had made "Inconvenient Truth" and won the Prize, would people demonize his winning it?

For the record (since people here always make their assumptions), I am a liberal, but I have no affection for Al Gore. And I certainly don't think he should have won a Nobel Peace Prize for basically making a movie about how cool he is with a PowerPoint presentation about the environment thrown in. I agree that the information presented is important and relevant (i.e. global warming seems real enough to me), but I'm not sure it rises to the level of the Nobel Prize.

Okay, i have nothing against women. but i do not want to put my life in the hands of a woman who is in hand to hand combat, when the guy fighting her has a 60% more chance of winning.

questions:

1.Do you bealeve Women should be aloud in the military?

2. do you bealeve they should be restricted to certain roles?

3.Why the hell in Basic Training i got 10 seconds in the shower and women got 10 minutes? I think that is screw'd.

4.don't you think there's something weird having a female officer in command of you? i mean seriously, geting yelled at by a woman just doesnt have the touch if it was a male sergeant. I mean, They sound like girls(pun). They scream like em. and they are certainly weaker then me. don't get me wrong, There are smart women out there.

I bealeve that The solution to the women question is restricted roles, and entire Female divisions. wich would lower rape, Abuse etc.

gotta remember, we carry 60-90 pounds. physicaly we are 60% better then women.

I sent a 33 yr old woman some flowers and the next day she was visably more relaxed and softly spoken etc. Everyone else noticed the difference.

Why did the flowers have such an impact? Do you think she hadn't had flowers for a long time and they impacted on her etc?

I never fail in grabbing a trolly with a mind of it`s own/ Today i was so fed up as i needed to be back at P&S i paid for my shopping and on the way to the car the darn thing suddenly ground to a halt and wouldn`t move either way so i fettled it . I have a organic problem with my ability to spell and writing mechanics, but it does not stop me from communications. I have asked questions and have answered them only because I don't have the problems reading that's the funny part ! I wonder how many people have this problem as I do?

When I was in the military I was sexually assaulted, reported it, was released for the military (not becuase of the assault), and was still working with the military to pursue with charges but when I was to testify the military contacted me to tell me that they were not going to go through with the court marshell and was just going to release him from the military. Am I able to persue charges outside of the military? It never went to court or anything like that. This has really effected me and I feel that I need to see closer on this matter. Thank you.

We have Islam, Christian, Sith, Buddhist & etc.

In Malaysia, I have seen a written phase on the cover of some religion book like this (for non-muslim only).

Do Allah disallow Muslim to have the knowledge of other religion?

Well! there are so many rich man in the world, why none of them ever think of how to unite them.

I think a rich man regarless of race & religion, make a plan to build a big temple to have all the images of Gods, Cross, image of Buddha & etc build in a big temple.

All the followers, of different religion & races will unite & celebrate all the festives in this big temple together.

A good place to unite all the youth, they can assemble at here to carry out holy & healthy activity.

I did some home canning this summer (dill pickles and beets) and am about to start eating them ,but i've never done this before and i'm nervous that they could be spoiled. Will it be obvious? Is there mold, a bad smell, etc if the canning didn't work? I'd hate to make myself and family sick...please let me know.
