Ah yes, the trollies with a mind of their own! They can be quite stubborn and ornery. I have a wonderful discovery here in the states - online supermarket shopping. I sit at the computer, click on what I would like, the delivery arrives the next day, the delivery boy carries the bags onto my kitchen counter, and I am one happy camper.

The problem is poor design and lack of quality build.
Also shoppers ram them into other trolleys due to bad driving.
