Save the world?
The human race will see to that!! Hahahaha.
The human race will destroy the world in their arrogance and foolishness. Just look at all the Nukes in South Asia. Do you want to tell me how wise they are and will never use such things?
I wouldn;t want to take a bet on it!
Sorry.

I don't know where your sparrows have gone, I suspect that there will be other factors involved besides global warming but not being an ornithologist I can't suggest what they may be.

I can comment on the global warming aspect and tell you that the effects in India are more or less 'average', some parts of the world have seen very little effects, others have witnessed more dramatic effects.

There has been an impact on certain species of fauna and flora and the migratory, breeding and feeding habits of some birds has changed, but not to the point where a species such as sparrows have disappeared completely.

I hope your sparrows return, if not you'll have to come here to the UK where we still have plenty of them.

The website you linked to is an interesting one, not had chance to look in detail but I'll return to the site soon and read more details. The use of mirrors is a very sensible idea, it's already been used in some places and there are commercial buildings now being erected that use mirrors for internal illumination.
