Superchee- The Illegals have already broken the law just by being here,so It's a given that they should be prosecuted. The banks management should be prosecuted for breaking FEDERAL TAX LAWS,and also aiding and abetting ILLEGAL ALIENS....

Where did you get this information? If this is really true, why don't you post a link to an article about this happening?
If this is true, banks give them accounts because they may not realize that the illegal aliens are here illegally. They probably assume that they are visitors who are authorized to be in the U.S. temporarliy by a visa.

I feel sickened by this as much as the next hardworking, Tax-paying American does. I just finished a 10 hour shift. How much of that money will go into my pocket? 65%? But you can't say this isn't our fault. We should have thrown these people the hell out of here a long time ago. A co-worker was telling me that her mother-in-law came from puerto rico 2 weeks ago and somehow she is already getting assistance from the goverment. Meanwhile, I have a friend who goes to school full-time and works. she is diabetic and can barely afford to pay for her insulin and medicines each month and the government wont help her. It makes your stomach turn.

Because there is something going on here that we aren't being told by the government. Either Mexico has threatened to stop all oil to the U.S. or this is part of the North American Union. Something is wrong. There is a complete disconnect with the population when 85% of U.S. taxpayers want a fence built and the illegals kicked out. Yet, nothing is being done. Somebody somewhere in government got paid off or threatened. Which is it?

That is why it is ok for them to be here illegally.
What is wrong with when they are sent back to the country they came from we bill that country for all of the expenses this person has encurred.
Make their government pay for their citizens and bear the responsibility of their actions.
Right now illegals, are pouring in to our country and then sueing us if we put them in jail for being here..
Give me a break. I know of some of our people that have been put in jail because they did not pay their parking tickets...!
We have two border patrol guards in jail for shooting an illegal bringing drugs over here from Mexico in the butt, and that is not right. They were doing their job for crying out loud.
this is a WAR against drugs...since when do we cater to the criminal..?.

An *excellent* question. My mother in law took my kiddies to the bank the other day to open savings accounts. She didn't happen to have their Social Security cards with her, so she couldn't open the accounts.
I'm going in on Monday. Since it's Washington Mutual, I *know* they give accounts to illegal alien invaders without identification, so I'm going to be rather unpleasant about the whole thing. Unless my kiddies are offered accounts without their SSN's, or I'm given a satisfactory explanation as to why my kids must give their SSN's to open accounts (not likely), I'm gonna file a discrimination lawsuit.
--Edit-- Ah, my first thumbs down for this post. I really wish that the raters weren't anonymous; I'd love to know what part of insisting upon proper identification to open a bank account offends you. Is it the fact that it makes it harder for you to launder money or fund terrorism? Please explain.

Incorrect Vitch. Actually they are WELL AWARE they are illegal aliens.
BANK OF AMERICA has been giving bank accounts to illegals. It has been widespread in the news recently. I cancelled my BOM accounts many months ago because of them catering to illegal aliens.

I'm glad to see I'm not the only completely outraged by this! Who do they think they are??? Really, these people are trying to take the law into their own hands, and its not pleasant. Hopefully, enough of us will pressure the government to take action against these banks.

Whom do you wish to prosecute? The banks or the illegals? How would one begin to prove who is illegal and who is not? Why don't we prosecute all illegal acts? Polygamy flourishes here in Arizona, and marriages are arranged with underage girls which is illegal. Why was Warren Jeffs the first to be prosecuted? Why do we turn a blind eye to our own shame?
