ok so i am a girl and i run i dont want to gain weight or anything but i just like protein shakes. do some people drink them just to be healthy and not to gain muscle or anything also how does drinking whey protein help you more than just eating a lot of chicken?

My employer sued me for breaching a contract. (I had 3 years to serve but since I terminated early I need to pay certain amount as written in the contract).

I have grounds for not paying them and I have sent my response to the court thru my attorney.

So the question is, since I cannot afford the amount, what will be the worse that will happen to me granting if the court's decision will be in favor of the employer?

Will I be imprisoned or will my credit be destroyed?

i need a device or something name one...cuz i wanna do a science fair project on seeing how much germs go on a single piece of food when its droped on the floor for 5 seconds, because you know the 5 second rule, if u drop food n pic it up in less than 5 seconds its safe to eat....does anyone know a way i can determine how much germs go on it? and if u know something tell me wats it called how much it is also

I dont have Noggin in my area and dont have cable for that much. But They just started showing Degrassi in my area. Just getting hooked liked I did when they first showed it. Many of us would "like" to be in a movie or a show, etc. But we have no experience, no talent agents, no nothing. We're not even sure if we're that great actors/actresses, though everyone else keeps on telling us so. And even if we were to think we were great, it seems to risky to just jump out, get an agent and start going to auditions when you think you'll regret it later thinking, "god, I should have looked for a decent job/worked up with my grades then."

So how did the actors/actresses really get on their career? I know you need good theater roles around your belt, etc, but even those people start wishing to become TV/screen actors/actresses later.

For me, I'm really interested in acting and singing, but I know that it's very risky and would rather pursue another career. However, I would also very much like to do acting/singing as a secondary career. Or is that impossible?

In need to get the tetanus shot thursday! i'm tarrified of nedlels. I havent got a shot in about 5- 8 years so i forgot what it feels like. I went to a doctor to show my cold and showed him my chest while i was there he said i would need surgery he just glanced at it. How do i tell if its psuedo-gynecomastia or gynecomastia im 16 and its getting on my nerves ive got a prom this year and i have to go to my country in 3 weeks i dont want to make a fool of my self i weight 210 pounds my stomach is chubby, if i lose weight could i lose my chest fat a-lot like 20 pounds, im 6'2.

Does anyone know how to change the default font when I want to insert a comment into a cell? The font for the individual cells happens to be arial10, but the default font whenever I want to insert a comment seems to be "Tahoma 8", which is too small. I'd like to change it to size 10 and if possible to arial. Thanks

ok so im a freshman in highschool and ive always been a good student with averages in 93-95... math is still easy for me, global im doing fine but my english is doing terribly because we're doing poetry and my teacher doesnt liek what im writing. my family thinks my poems are great.... also for bilogy, ive never been good at science but this is just plainly bad right now. my quiz and test grades have topped out at 75.... i ahd a test today for which i studied 3 hours for yetsreday and im pretty sure i failed miserablky again... plz help... im very depressed now... i want to become either a doctor, or a business man not sure yet... what does biology have to od with that and same for poetry/literature?

Does anyone have any inforamtion about how and when to take your temperature to figure out when you are ovulating? I haven't had a period since I stopped taking my birth control pills in May. No I'm not pregnant, I've taken about 50 pregnancy tests all come back negative. The doctor has told me that this is normal and it could take awhile for my periods to get back to normal. He said that I could still be ovulating and to take my temperature every morning before I get out of bed and if it between 98-99 then that's when I'm ovulating. Does anyone else have any other information about this? Thanks so much.
