I went to a doctor to show my cold and showed him my chest while i was there he said i would need surgery he just glanced at it. How do i tell if its psuedo-gynecomastia or gynecomastia im 16 and its getting on my nerves ive got a prom this year and i have to go to my country in 3 weeks i dont want to make a fool of my self i weight 210 pounds my stomach is chubby, if i lose weight could i lose my chest fat a-lot like 20 pounds, im 6'2.

im 6'2 never done drugs in my life~ but one thing i was skinny till i came to America and like i have fat all over my body like my muscle u can see fat move on my biceps.

well 3 weeks might be very low time but try doing push-up, box/puch air, and try lifting weights...try to work on pecs and jsut run so you dont overload you upper body and lose some calories/fat

If you smoke pot there is a good chance you don't have fat, it usually is gynecomastia. that's a party favor from pot as it suppresses your testosterone and the progesterone you have normally will give you man boobs.If you don't use it,you may have fat you can burn off, by diet and exersize.

You have more issues than boobs. You are out of shape at 16. This "Computer Era" we are in, has caused so many teens to become "flabby".

Now is a great time to start changing your life.

Join ROTC or start jogging, or working out, or ANYTHING, it changed my sons life. No, he did not go into the military, he got in shape. He was "chubby" in the ninth grade. Look at him now (see pic). He is the buff one in the middle.
