That depends on what kind of singer you want to be. Operatic, Solo, Choral, Diva, etc.

First you have to decide what your range is. The best place to start no matter what kind of singer you want to be would be to get some singing lessons. They are worth every penny - and practice as much as you possibly can.

Just sing at every opportunity. Sooner or later someone will notice you and chances are you'll be asked to join some sort of singing group. Whether it's at church, school, recreational club or whatever, let people know how much you like to sing. Many people either can't or are too shy so you'll find a spot eventually. Good luck!

Save up your pennies for a voice lesson. Practice practice practice, the good thing about singing is you can do it anytime anywhere! Go online and print out a few songs and use them to practice and get better on. Try out for American Idol, you never know!! You could just go to Hollywood and you could just be in the finals!

Good luck<3
