ok im a girl. i used to be very over wieght im talking 10 years old 160 pounds. im 12 and at 120 i still feel like i need to lose more weight and im always getting on the scale like im addicted to it. i don't make my self throw up and i don't starve myself i guess im just used to being this big girl that i still feel that way ut do i have a problem now or do you think i should try to get down to 115? im 5'3. am i alright?

i do 8 hours a week of physical activity if that helps any.

You probably have a lot of muscle which is more dense than fat - you weight more than you look you do.
just stay active and toss the scale -its irrelevant at the moment for you - it doesnt show you how much muscle or body fat percentage you have which is more important. Plus - weight changes during the day and during the monthly cycle.
You have a lot of growing to do so give your body all the best you can so it reaches its full potential.

At 5'3" your weigt is perfect. 115 is the very lowest you should be at that height, and 120 is right in the middle of the healthy range!
