The lock code is there to prevent anyone who steals it from using it. Looks like it's doing its job.

wow. so u found it nd arent planin to return it? datz mean.
but i think that if u type in the cell phone name and unlock blah blah w/e the thingy is called, into google u will find some crap about it.

hand the ph in then smeone probably wants there phone back or not if they have a lock its normally because they dnt wnt certain people to get ahold of it lol

chances are the person who has lost it has reported it as such, and therefore its IMEI code has been blocked by all UK networks. Its a brick, basically. You cant use it.

Just throw away the sim card in it and put your own. enjoy it, It's a cool phone.

its usually the last 4 digits of the cell number.
unless they changed it . :|
