yesterday i was chatting with him, i was missing him too much taht it was killing me and i called him i wanna smash your neck he said ok i'll go i said dont go you coward..
he siad f***k you i said what? what??? yes f*************ck uuuuuuuuu.

and i got so upset b4 it he wanted me to do something i don't want becasue its very personal i told him you will not make me. we almost left each other he sent a song but i declined it he said lets get back i told him its easier for you to ctach the starts in the sky. now i feel i want him but to stop not to control his nervousness . what can i do now? tell him i love u but you must change or leave him till he come back again and also to tell him you gotta change this?

I'm a bit wrecked after the week, and have another very busy week ahead, my kids are shaming me (they've been swimming, horseriding and are now swimming again), I'm busy lounging around and feel no immediate urge to get up.
The sun is blazing down here today, it's a fabulously clear October day, the nicest days of the year, so should I shift my behind and get out for a walk? You decide!

I just find out that american have black Indians but It was lost in the history books. People they are not African decent either, the Black Indians was here before the Afircans come over as slaves. The lady who is a black Indian said that they have to fight for there rights to bc there skin was black to like Afircans but she said the only thing you can tell them apart was how they speak the language.

I wondering Did the Native Americans have diffrent skin tones! I did not know there where any black people here in america! Before the slaves thing happen. Oh yeah! She said that her ppl get mistaken as Mexican or however y'all call them(Hispanic) in Ockhloma

i'm developing a web-based system that will allow users to view and update patient records. nurses can only update patient records assigned to them (room assignment) in a specific date and time.

current design:
i have a table for assign, anurse, and aroom. they have the following attributes:
assign (asid_pk, adate, stime, etime); asid_pk-primary key, adate-schedule date, stime-start of shift, edate-end of shift
aroom(asid_fk, rno_fk); asid_fk-foreign key referencing asid_pk from assign, rno_fk-foreign key referencing rno_pk from the table for room
anurse(asid_fk, nid_fk); asid_fk-fk from assign, nid_fk-fk from the table for nurse

problem:
i have to duplicate entries in assign table to assign different nurses in different rooms. there will be 12 entires in the assign table with the same date and time and different primary keys. 12 because there are 12 groups of rooms and in each group 1-4 nurses will be assigned.

Looking for input. A guy friend of mine was telling me about his ex-girlfriend, who broke it off with him about a year ago and immediately hooked up with another guy. She got engaged shortly thereafter and was just married a few months ago to this guy. She has never stopped calling my friend over the past year. Numerous times, she has told my friend she still has feelings for him. Just this past week, she told him in a lengthy discussion that she still loves him, misses him, and even thinks of him as her soulmate. Maybe she's just jerking my friend around and telling him this stuff because she knows he likes to hear it. For better or worse, he still has feelings for her too.

This seems pretty weird to me. But, maybe I'm old fashioned and things are different today. I'm older and the girl I'm talking about is much younger, so maybe it's OK today to be married, but still have strong emotions for a previous boyfriend. Am I missing something?

The lady at the health shop said that I have a bad digestive problem. she gave me a super enzyme to help the digestion and chloryphill to help the breath. It seems to help only when I take those but I want it go away permanatly. Is there any good home remedys out there?
