scared of those things, but i will try to keep in shape. i have seen lots of 70 or 80 years old they are active and enjoying life.

dont be scared....enjoy life...sure the physical features change and even a few aches and pains may crop up.....but some new and exciting adventures may await you.....one never knows, but drink in life like a fine wine.......enjoy the simplest of things no matter how complex you feel life is....and as time passes, those hard moments you once had, you may just look back and smile and say it wasnt all that bad.....

Yes, I'm young and already have too many problems now. I don't know how I will handle it. I hope Gracefully. But not so sure it's going to be an easy transition.
