I'm a bit wrecked after the week, and have another very busy week ahead, my kids are shaming me (they've been swimming, horseriding and are now swimming again), I'm busy lounging around and feel no immediate urge to get up.
The sun is blazing down here today, it's a fabulously clear October day, the nicest days of the year, so should I shift my behind and get out for a walk? You decide!

Seeing you're having the nice weather, take advantage of it and get out there.... even if it's hanging the washing on the line! You'll feel better and less guilty.

If you do not feel like doing anything then don't, as you say you have a busy week ahead so make the most of the time this weekend doing what makes you feel happy, relaxed. Enjoy every minute, watching tv on couch, an a good munch out sounds ok to me as its good to relax once in a while. there will probably be another day you could go for a walk an if not so nice just wrap up warmer...... Enjoy what you choose to do, that's the main thing.

The couch will be there when you get back. If it is truly a beautiful day I would enjoy it, even if just for an hour. Maybe you could get a good movie while you're out and make popcorn later and you could get back on the couch with the kids and all stuff your faces together later tonight, That's always a fun ending to a nice day. Whatever you do I hope it's a glorious day for you.

Make a special effort to get dressed appropriate for taking at least a one mile walk out in the sunshine and fresh air. Actually, it would total to 2 miles, walk for one mile, turn around and walk back, lol It shouldn't take you that long, then you can lounge around for as long as you like. Although, sometimes after exercising you may feel energetic afterwards and feel like doing even more.

You stay right where you are and make the most of the time you have on your own. My kids have gone swimming and I really ought to catch up on some housework, but what the heck, it'll still be there later.

Yep, get your backside off that sofa and get your walking boots on and out with you into that lovely fresh air, just come back from a long walk at Bolton Abbey and it was so beautiful, come on a bit of fresh air will do you good too.

You could slob out in the sun, if you`ve had a busy week nothing wrong with having a lazy day. Go for it....

Walking is boring if you ask me, go for a bike ride. Buy you're food on the way home, save it for later, then crash on the couch when it gets dark and much away!

Take a nice cool shower, to help you wake up, than take a walk, after that go back home and relax for the rest of the day. : )
