My recruiter says that if you graduate with honors you are eligible for a promotion.... is he not correct?

plenty of ways to distinguish yourself: max out on the PRT, do very well in the academic portion, do very well on the military bearing portion. generally be an outstanding recruit. They have the authority to promote a certain number of people one paygrade(up to E3) for any or all of the aforementioned reasons. Not everyone who does well will get promoted though, typically only 1 or 2 from each division can be.

No, i don't think of skillability must be a call for. some training would desire to be required yet there is not any think approximately requiring skillability for graduation, whilst maximum of graduating scholars are somewhat proficient in English. i think of greater concentration should be positioned on coaching scholars the thank you to ensure, write and communicate acceptable of their very own language.
