is new york planning on replacing there busses?

Which busses? And how would you replace buses? Whith what? More Trains? It takes an incredibly long time and a ridiculous amount of money to build subways. Right now there is an underground digging project going on to build a subway down Second Ave.

the city is studying the issue. both electric and natural gas powered buses are being tested at this time look for them on the streets. a decision if any is years away.
