I would do opaque tights...black is safe...but maybe another color depending on the other pieces of your ensemble... I wouldn't do footless tights...I would do a regluar tight, the black shorts, and an ankle bootie...

its not a no no this season it is yes yes! black to play it safe, or patterned ones .. or footless ones but id keep to dark colours like purple, navy, brown and burgundy depending on what you wear.

shorts with tights is all the fashion at the moment. leggings, bright or patterned tights look best
