Im only a teen, in high school, but I sleep like an average of 4 hours a night. It makes it very hard to focus in on school work and to stay awake during classes. I'm usually exhausted until about noon, then I wake up and I am wide awake until around 12am. When I finally go to bed, my mind races nonstop and I toss and turn for hours. By the time I fall asleep I have to get up again in a few hours. Any suggestions or techniques to help me sleep better ??

For our play auditions, they gave us monologues. We have to memorize it. Mine calls for playing a girl who's on an energy drink, which wouldn't be that hard for me. Except for the fact that we have to do them in British accents. Now, I can barely do a British accent slowly. What can I do to make my accent better and sound like a hyper British girl?

I always feel like I am shaking,
But never on the outside.
It is like my muscles are vibrating,
but it isn't noticable to anyone elce.

Ugh, it sound weird, but it so uncomfortable!
You try sitting still, but shaking
uncontrollably on the inside.

I have a Sony Laptop and have connected it to my 37'' Proton HDTV. From my understanding my TV is capable of 1080 DPI and is connected via the S video cable on my laptop. The picture is alright but text is somewhat difficult to read.. any help adjusting my laptop's display to better suit the TV would be appreciated

Ive been dating a marine for about 5 months now. And we love each other and talk about marriage.Well I talk about marriage, but he says he wants to also. Well lately it seems that Im always the one making the first contact everyday, like texting first.Maybe Im not giving him a chance to text me first.I dont know. But what if I didnt text him and just waited on him to text me. Pull back on me making all the contact, what do you think that would do to our relationship?
