I think it definitely can be if people let it be. A lot of times if I smile at someone, even if they're a stranger, they'll smile too. Not all the time, but most of the time. I think some people like being in a bad mood. Also, if my friends are happy, it seems to influence me too. So yes, I do think happiness can be contagious. :)

Happiness truly is contagious. Heck, if people at church would smile more and greet people with love and enthusiasm, people would so look forward to going! And if my fellow Christians would smile more in public and show happiness, more people would be drawn to them and want what they have! I'm always baffled at someone who is wearing a frown and a cross at the same time.

No, sometimes I'll see people who are happy and I'll get jealous because I don't have what they have...thats so bad but it happens. Sadness is congatious though because if there's one sad person in the room, their mood can bring the whole room down.

Happiness is a long road but, it sometimes feels short if something sad happens.

yes even thouhg for some reason I think something bad has happened tonight.Or maybe its just my attitude and the song I was listening to plus a nice little depressing video about forest gump

nope, some people are immune to certain types of happiness. people can only "catch" happiness on their own.
