This occured at night.On the video taped footage, the police officers arrested him because they said they saw him throw something out of the passenger side window which the driver denied(no mention of the warrant).The other officer went to pick up the "item " that was allegedly tossed.None of this particular action was seen except the 2nd officer putting something(drugs)on the trunk of car(end video tape).Long story short, relative went to trial was found guilty of "possession with intent to dist".Given 15 yrs sentence and to serve 10 of those.My thing is the officer said that he was stopped for a warrant which the defending attorney didnt ask to see.A couple of days After sentencing, we went 2 our county courthouse for a transcript of the trial.When questioned about a copy of the said warrant ,the warrant could not be found.So from my point of view it appears he was unjustly pulled over and "searched" and his rights violated.am i right and now what is the next steps to take

I'm welsh, and here in wales we have a certain way with women. well. I do.
every time I see her my eyes melt.. and everytime she sees me, she seems to make strange noises.. whether it's normal idk, but she's just moved here, so wherever she's from, I guess it's normal.
well I bumbed into her yesterday and again, she made the noise
But she had a sweater on and this purfume, and some of it seemed to get on my arm, it smelled really nice, I asked her what it was and she said Hill Grass, got it imported from Llandydno or some place around there
after I started talking to her, I got really into her and started feeling all warm, she even seemed I made her feel all warm inside, I left to go home, she made that noise again, I asked what it was and again she did it, but her father gave me one of her possesions, a sweater, said it was from her, it was woolen, and I usually find a woolen gift very thoughtful, us welshies find wool very thoughtful.

Does she like me??

ok, to start off, i met this awesome guy and we have so much in common. so we get to know each other and i start to REALLY like him. but then one of my other friends starts to like him, too. so i've been feeling like crap for weeks now, and ive told her about it 3 times, but she apparenlty wasnt listening to a word i said. now she is planning on asking him out and i just wanna die now!! i used to cut myself, and then i stopped for months. but yesterday i started again. i almost tried to drown myself in the bathtub. i really need help, plz talk to me!! and 1 more thing, she interrupts me when i talk to him and when i walk with him she gets in the way which causes me to have to walk behind them. plz help! she's gonna ask him out tonight!! I'm in a Christian club at my high school and out of almost 30 people only 3 of us don't go to their main church, which isn't a big deal. The problem is that everyone assumes we go to another church, but I don't attend church at all because it's sort of controversial in my family; my mom is baptist and my dad is catholic. Is it still okay that I participate in this on campus ministry without actually attending a church? My other question is how can I tell my parents? I don't plan on telling them unless they mention it first, but how can I explain how much I like it there? I'm afraid that because of our background my parents will think that I shouldn't or they will think it's peer pressure. I'm just so confused! Especially when religions start to clash.

My sisters dog seems to have gotten a black eye somehow while we were at school. At first I thought it was allergy related, but when I looked it up on the internet, I found that it's pretty unlikely seeing as it would probably affect both of his eyes and would be itchy. It looks more like he ran into something or hit something. Aside from the outside darkness/redness around his eye, it looks like his pupil has also become reddened. What should we do? Is it serious?

I can't get firefox to open pdf files. Instead of opening them in a new tab it keeps asking me if i want to download them. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling adobe acrobat that didn't work, i tried installing foxit reader, that didn't work. I already tried going into the options and changing the action for pdf files to use plugin, that didn't work. how am i supposed to fix this.
