look in the mirror. open your mouth and look inside. Is there any white stuff? Are your tonsils really red? Is your throat really red? This could be a sign of some sort of infection.
If it is sore from yelling, wait it out.

Put a little salt in your hand and then swallow it. At night put a blanket around you neck so it traps the warmth and it should feel better by tomorrow! Also drink lots of hot tea with honey in it instead of sugar. Celestial Seasonings makes a throat soothers tea which works well. Hope I helped and you feel better!

in a cup mix 5 tablespoon of honey and 1 and a half limes, then drink the whole cup a tablespoon at a time. do it 2 or 3 times a day.

water, liquorice, honey (suck it slowly down!!), peppermint tea, boiled milk mixed with turmeric and some more honey to make a lovely warm yellow drink :^).
Or go for a really hot Indian curry with lots of garlic and spices which will burn out all the infection in no time!
