How do you get dirt off of flat paint walls? Is this possible?

Things like the Mr.Clean Magic Erasers work and I've used them but a good paint job makes life easier. Certain walls should have a washable latex paint on them to make them easier to wipe off when necessary. These would be kitchens, bathrooms, mud rooms and laundry rooms. To that mix I would add children's rooms until they reach an age when the walls aren't a factor. Talk with a paint expert at your hardware store, Home Depot, or Loews. They will help you make a decision that will help keep your maintenance down.
