I just walked out my front door and on my stairs was a pile of poo... I have lived in this house for three years and this is the first time I have ever seen this happen. The poo sorta looked like cat poo, but much more of it. Now, I haven't seen any stray cats or stray dogs in the neighbor hood, so I don't know what it is and I am not sure what a raccoons poo looks like. I have three cats in my house, completely indoor cats, and my husband thinks that it could be a raccoon marking its territory, but would they do that? And now I am worried as to what if the animal was sick, since I scooped the poo with a shovel and deposited it into our 'outside' garbage bins, which happen to be in the garage, whcih the animals arne't allowed.... Should that be fine until the trash is picked up? Should I be worried? Or am I just making a moutain out of a mole hill??? Thanks, any advice or comments are welcomed...

My question is this:
Isn't it comforting to know that even the apostle Paul struggled with sin on a daily basis? Obviously, this does NOT give us a license to sin at will.....it simply means that all Christians everywhere go through this daily.

I praise God for His grace.....that I am saved from sin eternally.

Just had a baby and MIL has shown her true colors. Thankfully she is 8 hours away, and is jealous of my mom who's nearby. Last time MIL visited, she was rude and selfish to me and my mom, and told my mom my nursing plans weren't going to last long (doing well thank you, planning for at least 1 yr - she failed herself), was trying to run my household (not happening again), and still expects for y husband to fill her in all the details of everyday with our baby which seems so fake (did you go on a stroll today? what about with other moms? still nursing? starting solids at 3 mos?! how much is he weighing? She peppers him with so many Qs about me and baby! She didn't even say goodbye to the baby last time b/c she run out annoyed. She seems to have also brainwashed my brother-in-law who used to be so nice, and was very different last time he visited. They plan to visit in a week and it's stressful thinking about it. I don't get it. Why can't she act normal? What would you do?

I keep pondering this and i can get it outta my head. I thought one day that nothing is equal to everything. Because nothing is something, something is anything, and anything is everything, leading nothing to be equal to everything. This doesnt seem to make any sense to me however. What would you define as absolute nothing? What would you define a state of non-existance?

I can only think of one reason. For ex. to maintain a lower military presence. What other reasons do private security firms do the jobs that the military can do? If the military is not trained to perform security detail and private security firms provide better protection for US personnel than i am all for it...

why cant women accept that us men have a different outlook to sexual partners than they do. Equal opurtunites i'am all for, but we men are allowed our own opinons. were more protective of you than you are of us in that way. Call it maturity or whatever, but theres not a bloke alive who can deal with the thought of his partner having multiple/many sexual partners. After all we tolerate you women having a problem wth us men not being more understanding or sensitvie enough and we try to change for you that way, even though we dont have a bloody clue what you want us to do sometimes, so bout time you let us have our limits of acceptablility and tolerate them.

For some reason when I close out of firefox at night and restart it in the morning the same eight tabs automatically reopen. Its like its restoring a previous session without my permission. How do I get firefox to not restore a previous session? I have even uninstalled and reinstalled firefox, but the same eight tabs get restored automatically.

My daughters first birthday is in November and I want to make it special yet simple. All I wanted was to have a little get together in a club with a cake, decorations, food and music. My hubby does not want me to rent a club because number one the club does not let you bring your own drinks and I can't afford to have an open bar. He thinks it would be embarrassing to have a party without the drinks. The club will allow you to have a bar tender for additional money but the guests would have to buy their own drinks. He also thinks it would be embarrassing to have them pay for their own drinks. I think its a baby's party their doesn't necssarily have to be drinking it will be during the day any way. ( I can't do the party in my house).
