i am 46, and i had good results with philosophy skincare. for the under eye area i use : eye believe, dark shadows, and hope in a tube. i also love the booster serum, and booster caps. check out www.philosophy.com, or www.qvc.com, they always have good deals on kits. sephora also carries it. make-up wise i swear by bare minerals,it doesn't settle into fine lines, and looks flawless.you can try it out for yourself at any sephora, ulta, macy's, or nordstrom store, to see, how it works for you.

I can reccomend a good eye cream by LANCOMBE it is a Serum Lift cream for under the eyes only. Just apply a little arund the eyes at night. I am probably around the same age as you and have good skin. But I cleans each night with the lancome 3 in one clenser it is around 25 Pounds in the UK. But most important is a good diet and lots of fruit and veg.
Also are you getting your minimum of 2 litre of pure water per day ? People always complement me on my skin I think the keys to good skin are :
2 litre pure water per day
Dailey clensing
UVA moistoriser cream
Good diet
Plenty of fruit and veg
and little or no drinking alchol
I dont smoke but I do know this can cause your skin to deteroate also.
As they say you are what you eat. I live in France so it is very easy for me to eat well but when I visit the UK I find it hard to eat a healty diet unless I buy my food from M & S.
Good Luck Karen

Hi have you tried Avons clinical eye life. if amazing and really does work, there is one for the top of your eyes and a cream for the bottom, loads of people recommend this and as I am an avon rep I know that this product is really popular with my customers.
Avon has a Anew anti ageing and anti wrinkle creams all the through the stages of ageing for your 20's up to pass the 50's so its really good. my mum uses alot of Avons Anew range as after years of looking for something that doesnt irritate the skin and actually works she has found it with Avon.
My mum started to us the boots no7 range of anti ageing and wrinkle creams which are expensive and she got no results from them so she wasted lots of money. But with avon she really has seen results and has continued using them. which means they must work well as she would of stopped by now.
Also if you do get the eye lift then if you want to have a try at the Anew alternative night cream, it plumps out lines on the cheeks bones and round the jaw etc, loads of people are really amazed the results they find after just minutes of using this product.
Have a look on there website, you can also order of here too, or you can send for a free brochure and send in the post.

Well it depends on what the problem is, but Mary Kay has several awesome eye creams! We have age-fighting and firming creams, then we have a cooling gel that works wonders on puffy eyes, and then we have a new item called eye revitalizer that works on darkness and puffiness, and it really is a miracle worker. Let me know the specific problems, and I can recommend whats best :)

you need a moisturising cream without oil in it - but it will only soften the wrinkles a bit, nothing can make the disappear.
I get mostly the cheap brands of my local grocery or wall-mart. they are not worse than the expensive stuff...
eat much fruit, drink much, sleep well - that is the best for your skin :-*

I've tried lots of eye creams and face creams, and don't think there is anything special about them. the cheap ones like tesco's cleansing and moistureing creams are just as good if not better.

If your skin is already looking a little wrinkled then there isn't a cream out there that reverses wrinkles all they will do is temporarily plump the skin up. I use Genie Instant Line Smoother which I get from QVC or you can get it from e-bay.

Try a Lancome product, there are usually the best when it comesto eye care. A little more expensive but well worth it. You will see the difference in three days!

I am 39 and we are about the same age. I found that I will have to go to shops to do facials once in a while in order for my face to look younger nowadays. And I recently found this product that was being used in private spas and am using it. It was much less costly than going to do a facial. email me and I can give you all the names of the product I use, which might suit you.

I think all age defying creams are a con. A good moisturiser will do the trick. I would use nivea soft or something. It keeps my skin looking very good.
