the lorentz factor
γ = 1/√(1-(v/c)²)
≈ 1.0000000000537777777806698271606
= 1.000 to four significant figures
so the neutron is not relativistic

2200m/s
To be relativistic, their speed should be near that of light which is 3*10^8m/s

if you take the ratio 2200/3*10^8 = 7.33*10^-6.

this number is a very small value compared to 1. So we can infere that these neutrons are not relativistic
